It is never too late to make immediate changes to stop the snoring completely and to put back some if not most of those already lost years at hand. If you are overweight, there is a desperate need to immediately begin a healthy weight loss program so to be carrying less weight overall, so to be able to breathe better at night. It is also extremely important to limit your daily stress so to better sleep at night, and to stay with a nightly and morning routine when it comes to a bedtime and wake-up schedule.
Make sure to eliminate all kinds of alcohol, sedative types of medications, smoking, and late night dinners.
